印尼西爪哇省汉语教师协会主席，曾于2003-2008年在北京语言大学学习。
　　
　　萧频1979年毕业于印尼国立万隆师范大学日本文学系，获学士学位；1981年取得印尼国立万隆师范大学文学教育硕士学位。1979年--1984年任教于万隆国立师范大学。1985年--1998年任教于万隆博朗安天主教大学人文学院，教授汉语和中华文化课并兼任该校东亚研究中心主任。期间多次代表印尼参加国际性汉语教学会议。不定期在人民思潮日报（Harian Pikiran Rakyat）发表印尼文本关于华人问题的文章。1986年开办花都汉语补习学校。1996年起多次担任西爪哇省省政府、万隆市市政府接待来自中华人民共和国的嘉宾翻译。如，王光英先生伉俪，陈士球大使伉俪等莅临西爪哇省时的印尼官方翻译。1997年始任教于万隆玛拉拿达基督教大学。1998年出任印尼教育部全印尼华语校外补习统筹委员会西爪哇省代表兼委员。2001年任印尼汉语水平考试（HSK）西爪哇考区负责人。2001年任万隆玛拉拿达基督教大学文学院汉语系系主任。2001年任万隆玛拉拿达基督教大学文学院汉语系系主任。2003年获得中华人民共和国教育部奖学金来华师从张博教授攻读汉语硕士学位。2005 年七月份毕业，获中国北京语言大学文学硕士学位。2005年获得中华人民共和国教育部奖学金，继续在北京语言大学求学，师从张博教授攻读语言学及应用语言学专业博士学位。2008年七月份毕业，获得博士学位。2008年出任印尼西爪哇省汉语教师协会主席。2008年回印尼后，继续在万隆玛拉拿达基督教大学与博朗安天主教大学任教。2008年出任印尼西爪哇省汉语教师协会主席。2010年出任印尼教育部印尼中学汉语教材准则审查委员。

　　Drs. Siauphing Souphan MA(Indonesia) has been teaching at Bandung Maranatha Christian University since 1997.He studied in Beijing Language and Culture University from 2003-2008.

　　He taught at Bandung National Normal University from 1979 to 1984.
　　He taught Chinese language and culture at the College of Humanities of Bandung Bleum Ann Catholic University and assumed director of the Southeast Asia Research Center of the university from 1985 to 1998 during which on behalf of Indonesia he attended several international conferences on Chinese language education. He has published articles irregularly about Chinese problems in Harian Pikiran Rakyat.
　　He founded Flowers City Off-campus Chinese School in 1986.
　　Since 1996, he has frequently been appointed as the interpreter of West Java Province Government and Bandung Municipal Government for Chinese guests such as Mr. Wang Guangying and his wife and Ambassador Chen Shiqiu and his wife.
　　He has been teaching at Bandung Maranatha Christian University since 1997.
　　He took the posts of representative and committee member of West Java Province at the Indonesian Unification Committee of Off-campus Chinese Language School of Indonesian Ministry of Education in 1998.
　　He took the post of director of the Department of Chinese Language at Bandung Maranatha Christian University in 2001.
　　He took charge of HSK in West Java in 2001.
　　Awarded the scholarship from Chinese Ministry of Education in 2003, he studied for a master’s degree in Chinese language under the supervision of Professor Zhang Bo. He graduated and obtained the M. A. Degree at Beijing Language and Culture University in July 2005.
　　Awarded the scholarship from Chinese Ministry of Education in 2005, he continued to study for a doctor’s degree in linguistics and applied linguistics under the supervision of Professor Zhang Bo. He graduated and obtained the PhD degree at Beijing Language and Culture University in July 2008.
　　He returned to Indonesia in 2008 and continued to teach in Bandung Maranatha Christian University and Bandung Bleum Ann Catholic University.
　　He took the post of chairman of Indonesia West Java Province Association of Chinese Teachers in 2008.
　　He assumed juror for Chinese textbooks of junior and senior schools at Indonesian Ministry of Education at 2010.
